New Version Horizontal Flow Wrap Machine

Different form the standard model, this is a new version horizontal flow wrap machine tailored to the specific needs of customer. In addition to the standard wrapping process, it also integrates new applications such as cardboard dispensing, automatic folding and forming, complete the production with one step, ideally suited to the sticky food such as chocolate bar, granola bars, protein bars, bread, cake etc. 

The new horizontal flow wrap machine takes 2 roll reel structure design and dual frequency converter control, easy and fast size change, save the film changing time and downtime, greatly improve the production efficiency. Same as the standard model, the new version takes independent PID temperature control, with the strong adapatability and can be applied to almost all kinds of packing materials. Moreover, it has the function of self-regulating and diagnosis control, easy maintenance.
